Restorative Yoga

A little on logistics

Group Size: Anything from individuals and small teams (i.e. core cast members) to large, production-wide groups

Location: On-set at any of the film studios or on Location (we just need a space big enough for your group size to move comfortably)

Classes: From dynamic and energising flows to deeply relaxing, meditative lying-down sessions, we'll tailor each class to suit your needs

Duration: 30–90 minutes, depending on the practice and the time available (this can be as little as 15 minute refresh sessions if needed)

Equipment: Participants can bring their own mats, but we will always bring enough mats for the session we’re teaching. If any extra props are needed (bolsters/blocks/blankets), we will bring

Frequency: One-off events or regular sessions throughout your production schedule
